Lower Buckton Country House has views for miles across splendid country. The large rooms have period fireplaces, antiques and pictures. Lots of interesting collections are throughout the house and all the beds have linen and cotton sheets. Private House Parties are a speciality and yhr dining room seats 20 for splendid dinner parties. All food is either produced on site via our kitchen garden and free-range pigs or locally caught sought or bought. Wild venison and lots of game in season. Explore this historic area either by car, bike, horse or foot - there is something for everyone - castles, churches, National Trust, English Heritage, antiques and books shops, speciality food shops and producers. Visit the races at Ludlow and Hereford or clay pigeon shoot just up the road.
Bring your own horse, boots or bikes and borrow our dog for country walks and talks.
Lower Buckton is open all year round and Christmas and New Year.
The house and grounds are also available privately for hire for parties of upto 12 complete with cook and butler!
Weddings and celebrations for larger parties on the lawns with onsite catering and management.
All outside catering and party management also undertaken.
We have stables and grazing for bring your horse holidays.
